How to change password

So how do I change my password? I couldn't find anything in the UCP to do that, so I tried logging in but clicked on "Forgot my password" to force a password change. But I never got an email (and yes, I entered the correct email address). If users can't change their passwords periodically, that's a pretty serious security risk.
