Distored sound

Hi!
I get a clipping on main output when I turn volume higher then 40-50% recently. It happent mostly on organs and pads. I've sent the synth to the service and they returned it saying it's ok, korgs have such strong signal. But no way, I know this instruments from 4 years. I need to turn down the volume to 30% and eq low to
I checked the cables, mixer, speakers and even a power supply. Also recorded a sound to my DAW and the distortion persists.
Headphones are free of this.

Do you have any idea what's going on?
