I have in my possession over 200 old midi files. I would like to be able to edit them on my Korg PA4 and save them as songs in the songbook. The material I have been reading on this subject is very vague. Does anyone have some simple directions on how to do this? Thanks

I am a big user of midi files on my Pa3x but it should be similar to the 4x.
First suggestion is to get properly organised by creating a folder on the keyboards drive - say MyMidis and keep all your midis there.
Editing is done in Sequencer Mode so load your song and re-mix, mute tracks, change intruments etc.
If you need to dig down into the midi events use the Menu button. Always save edits to a new file name eg Your Song 02 and only renme them back to Your Song when you are happy with the edits.
Remember - the Songbook does not actually contain any midis - only links to where they are. To back up you need to copy your MyMidis folder to a USB drive.
To add a new entry (its been a while) I think you go into Book Edit 1.
