I can't find how to activate this mode, and I haven't found any instructions explaining the implementation of this possibility. Do you have an idea of ​​a particular setting to make on the Wavestate? Thanks for your help

In my SE, this setting is in the Utility area. I'm not in front of my Wavestate at the moment but it's the second or third page across and has something like:

Aftertouch: channel+poly
