Is it possible to configure Nautilus to play two or more songs in sequence?

Basically yes. Set list mode allows much more than two song set ups to be played by simply touching the screen. In fact, some players use that mode to even have sequential arrangements for one song as well. You can also have chords or other information available as you play. Very convenient.
