Does anyone here have a direct phone number to Korg's tech support? I bought the Collection 3 last week and they gave me a bad product key. I've emailed them twice and outside of the automated email reply, they haven't responded. At this point in time, I seriously advise against purchasing any software directly from their website.

I had issues with the fabled 'migration to the new system', as well as reporting the lack of ASIO capability in the new Prophecy etc.
The former was sorted within the hour and the latter was updated a couple of days later.
