Korg Pa4x - NO sounds output
I bought a brand new Korg pa4x and is great when is all working, but I am facing some error problems time to time.
Error 1: Stuck in boot logo
Error 2: Restarts by itself
Error 3: NO sounds output at all
Now, with error 3 I more worries as it could be an motherboard issue although pa4x is only few months old and is under warranty of course, but would like to know if anyone is facing the same issues as I am facing and what can be done?
Thank you

Thanks for your suggestion but I have done that already many times and still get that errors time to time, even reinstalling the latest operating system, still I got the same errors!!!DonM wrote:I would do a factory restore. If that doesn't help, I would think there is a problem with your particular PA4x.
I would contact Korg or your dealer for HELP.infinityuniverse wrote:Thanks for your suggestion but I have done that already many times and still get that errors time to time, even reinstalling the latest operating system, still I got the same errors!!!DonM wrote:I would do a factory restore. I think that would the be the correct call at this point. I have contacted the dealer but they suggest that could be a user sample set issue and NOT the keyboard itself, having said that the same set I use, another friend is using on he's pa4x and NO issues, so how do you explain that?DonM wrote:I would contact Korg or your dealer for HELP.infinityuniverse wrote:Thanks for your suggestion but I have done that already many times and still get that errors time to time, even reinstalling the latest operating system, still I got the same errors!!!DonM wrote:I would do a factory restore. If boot issue persists then definitely you have to follow OSv2 Reset & re-installation as mentioned but I also strongly believe thatinfinityuniverse wrote:Oh I never though about that, going back that far!!! Do you think that would make any different?Aripearlmusic wrote:Reinstall OSV2 then OS 2.2 then V3.1. factory restore between each install
your other issues are caused by custom Set you're using , so make a factory restore via MEDIA/Utilities , do not load your custom set
and just navigate in factory resources for a while , this will show up if you have a default software or hardware issue !

I will give that a go and see what happen, although it should not do that!AntonySharmman wrote:If boot issue persists then definitely you have to follow OSv2 Reset & re-installation as mentioned but I also strongly believe thatinfinityuniverse wrote:Oh I never though about that, going back that far!!!
