I'm a big fan fm synthesis, have been since I bought a dx7 mk1 which I still have to this day. I adore the 4 ops. Yamaha dx21 is one of my favourite synths ever made. Yes its limited, sounds thin at times, but put thru a touch of reverb and delay it sounds magical to my ears. Would love a dx11 or v50.
Just bought a korg opsix there on Xmas eve 2020 "year of the virus" to cheer myself up on this lockdown craziness and its doing the job nicely.
