Hi guys. There´s an important feature missing in the Kronos: a tempo lock. I use many keyboards (arrangers and workstation) via midi and prefer the 73 weighted keybed of my new Kronos. For that reason it is my master instrument while I play arrangers' styles and use the Kronos programs and combis only for sounds (fantastic to have a dedicated tempoknob) At present the Kronos master clock is running but every time I select a new sound the tempo setting changes too and I'm forced to reset it. So the solution would be to set ext tempo clock in the Korg while keeping it as the master keyboard. But what happens?? the Kronos is unnable to retransmit the incoming tempo from an ext midi clock to the rest of the slave instruments via midi.
Those a very basic important features missing in such a complex instrument. I wish there'd be a way to solve this problem.

to clarify, each Program has its set 'tempo '.vagro wrote:Hi guys. There´s an important feature missing in the Kronos: a tempo lock.

as an idea, try midi thru. [ ? ]. A better guess, is that a global setting might be the answer.
Re: Ext Tempo Send
Exactly, that's the problem, each program has its own tempo, so I'm playing a piano and then I want to play another piano on the fly and the tempo changes. One solution is the split keyboard function setting the tempo to the lower part which could even be set very low, out of the range of the physical keys. But if I select another program/combi only in the upper part on the fly some effects won't be loaded .GregC wrote:to clarify, each Program has its set 'tempo '.vagro wrote:Hi guys. Midi through is not an option, it won't send midi note played on the Kronos
