my upper3 of keyboard set is mute

I loaded a set .
In one of the styles, upper3 has muted. volume this upper is high.
I even replaced the upper3 with a factory sound. But still mute?
my os is Pa4X_ORT_OS_v2.2.0

In style play mode:-
...Press Menu
...Select "Mixer/Tuning"
...Switch the UPPER 3 part ON (it's a check box)

This could be one reason.

thank you . I did a factory reset and the keyboard set was fixed.

Factory reset is probably not required - many of the supplied styles may have UPPER parts that do not play - mostly is the design of that style - please see this post for more information
