korg pa 1000 key velocity

hi guys i am having some issue with my korg pa1000 some of the user sounds i have downloaded online they don't have velocity when plying the keys the sound is start to loud from 127 vol and the global key velocity setting is not effecting thees sounds when creating new sound in basic page i cant find key velocity setting can any one tell me how to fix this issue pleas is there any other way to set key velocity in korg pa1000

Sound mode- menu- amp- amp mod level. Higher number will give you a wider velocity range. If that doesnt change it then do Sound mode-menu-basic-velocity and check that the velocity curve on each Oscillator is set 1-127 (assuming no velocity split)
