How to perform SAVE AS with current song name!

So....after hitting the OM for a long time, and looking for Youtube solutions...I give. The question ; After editing a song (.SNG) I cant find how to save it as the current name - i.e. WITHOUT having to rename it (essentially a "save as" function.) Im missing something simple....I hope. Thks
