I just tried it on an iPad Pro and it works fine. Try clearing your browser cache, that might sort it.

Which style pack are you trying to get, I can download it and see if it is a faulty pack for you.

I've confirmed Pete's findings. The ZIP file only contains a read.me file, no .SET file or styles.

Let's wait for Korg to fix the issue.

Besides the OS update/upgrade files, I've never downloaded anything from Korg's website. I'm more interested in sounds than styles. Do these 'bonus packs' include any new sounds at all?

No 'new' sounds, but I think some of the KBD Sets that come with these styles contain some very good (FX-) programming and combining of factory sounds.
To me they are always very interesting to explore.

And I think the styles are top notch!

Highly recommended to load them all...

Don't mention it. There are some very nice KBD Sets in the factory styles as well.
See for instance this video at about 1:30 - 1:49.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpj32n8xODw

It's a synth with an insert (Guitar) effect, used in one of the Funk styles (Donald Mood, 3d KBD SET).
I saved this particular KBD Set to one of my user locations (with a minor change in the FX setting) and also applied about the same effect to some other synth sounds as well (Sine Wave).
Inspiring! Great to use with other styles!
