write global-style in PA4X?!

Post by efmc »

Hello,
I bought a PA4X and did not find the "write global-style" option.
He had the PA2X, and used this option to put the Intro always enabled.
When I finish the song with ending in "style 1" and change to "style 2" I wanted the Intro to be soon turned on to start.
How can I do it?
Thank you

I used Google Translator. Sorry

Answer:- Use SONGBOOK

PA4X is a different beast......
The PA4X's newly designed OS is based on its SONGBOOK feature. So just selecting a STYLE will not restore settings "globally".
The idea is to use SONGBOOK entries to achieve this.

Hope this helps

Select the "style 2" , press the desired variation first then intro, press the drop down menu and select "write current style settings" save it and you're done. Now every time you select "style 2" it will start with the intro you assigned.
Best Regards
Bill

Indeed that will work but I strongly stand by my recommendation to use SONGBOOK as there may also be times when you want to load that same style but with different settings to those you had before.
