Squeak (noise) at factory sounds

Hello,
Has anyone had or has such a problem with PA3X?
Namely, on a few factory sounds (mainly piano and el piano) there is such a strange squeak (noise). It seems like the sound was just squeaking on this squeak.
I can hear it most in low tones.
What do you think is a damage to the instrument or rather a software problem?
Or maybe someone had such a problem and managed to solve it?

I just notice in my PA3X too ... when you are playing just piano , mic shut off ,hitting either high or low notes , loud or soft volume ... this weird overtone happens ...any suggestions how to fix this ???/
