Karen from the Pa4x section recently gave a great tip about a free (Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X) program called karlyriceditor that enables you to view automatically scrolling lyrics and chord prompts for any mp3 on your Korg Pa. I've tried it on my Pa3x and it works perfectly.
You can download the program from sourceforge here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/karlyr ... p_redirect
or better still you can download both the program along with instructions how to load it and use it from my google drive here:

This program is great for anyone wanting to play along with mp3 backing and if like me can never remember the chords or lyrics!

I think any Arranger (Korg or otherwise) that can read and play .CDG files (also known as CD+G or MP3+G) will be fine.
