Something similar can be achieved on the M50 using the realtime control knobs with the A-row knob functions selected. Knob 1 (Cutoff) regulates the frequency, or pitch and Knob 2 (Resonance) can be used to bring in a "narrowing" of the audio passband. The M50 won't do it in discrete pitch steps like the Kurzweil does, but some interesting and useful soundscapes can be generated using these knobs.
