As far as I know it is not possible but there are some work a rounds that function reasonably well.
No iPads support video in but perhaps some other tablets do. If it did you would still need the optional video card in your Pa3x for it to work.
One cheap solution that works for me with my iPad is to use an app called Sweet Midi Player. With the midi files loaded on the iPad the lyrics are very clear and you can assign the midi to use your Korg's sounds so there is no difference in the playback. I don't know if it is available for android.
The trouble with the Korg video card solution is that it would be cheaper to buy a camera and a laptop/monitor and point the camera at your Korg's screen than to buy the video card!!

First you have to set op the song book with your karaoke, or midi, or mp3
files with an entry number. Then you shall use a OTG- midi cabel to connect PA3X usb output to an Android tablet. Than you have to load all your text files as PDF into MS Pro app, (from Google app store) and write the corresponding song book number to each file. You can read the manual to find out how to do it, but it is very simple. Then every time you load your musik from the song book, the corresponding text (or any other PDF) loads on the tablet. This works also the opposite way, if you click on a PDF file on the tablet, the corresponding musik file loads into the PA3X from it´s song book. Works perfect. http://www.zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/

And here is the manual that explains how to do it:
