is it just me or is the Korg (Kronos sound library section) of the website getting worse?

I just went on there for the first time the other day to register my Kronos2 and download EXs 19. I thought my computer was broken! Glad it's not just me.
I got there eventually though.

It's their site. EXTREMELY SLOW.
Barely works on IE or safari. For some odd reason I get a faster response using AOL (even that still takes time to load any of the library sounds).

I think they've used some weird coding because I found it slow. That's using Chrome on a Mac.

The korg website has gone downhill, formatting for smartphone users leaving those with only a desktop staring at huge icons and text. Not good.

Some of the sound pack pages seem to cache all of the demo videos/sound files as the pages are loaded, slowing the loading of readable content dramatically. Unnecessary, and wasteful, and not a good user experience I think.

It's all the sound cloud crap. They need to turn the auto load off? I can't for the life of me think they actually have a professional working on this. It's probably a graphic designer with no clue.

It's truly pathetic.

I will say it again ... It's as if they went out of their way to be sure that nothing was ever purchased from that site.

The Korg Shop does not load on any of my devices, on any network I have access to.

Just tried this and it seems to be ok....now.
A little sluggish to begin with, for about 30 seconds...but everything works....demos and downloads etc.

The time was 12.30 am....in the uk.(The post time is an hour behind...).

you would think they would have a usable site so they and 3rd parties could sell the sample libs.

Maybe that makes too much sense...
