I purchased my new Korg Kronos X the other day at a nice price.
I have tried to upgrade to the new operating system with no luck
I run a mac Pro and downloaded the update from Korg website_KRONOS System Version 3.0.2 update
I unpacked the zipped folder copied over to a standard usb and followed all other instructions, however I keep getting an error message and its seems it cannot locate the new software on the USB.
What do you think could be going wrong folks?
Could it be the way I am unpacking the folder? I know when I unpack the zipped folder there seems to be another zip folder inside which I cant seem to unzip and it gives me an error!
Any help would be appreciated, please note I am a little slow when it comes to this computer stuff so please be kind to a dumb person
