Korg M50 88 freezes, link to OS update needed.

My Korg freezes during playing or editing, pressing buttons, etc. Only keys are playable, nothing else works. Powering off and on sometimes helps but not always. I never updated OS because I didn't need to. I got it in 2009 brand new and it was great until now... I'm trying to find OS upgrade link that works, any help?
Serial number of my Korg: 00,415. It was made in Japan.

I have realised.....these keyboards are all faulty. I am so pissed off with korg. Shame ...... Shame on your company. Nuf said.

I just reconnected some cables (every 2-3 years or so) and everything works fine. Takes about an hour (half an hour or less with a battery screwdriver).
