Re: k
Thanks Benny and other forum members. I used to play in bands and was a resident organist 25 years ago.benny ray wrote:Very inspiring, tasteful with beautiful chords and synth pads. Do you play in a band or for enjoyment? Keep up the good work.
I just write at home now and enjoy my music.
I can share it here and I appreciate the comments, so that is good enough for me.

Once again, another excellent job well done!
Thanks again Lester.
One quick question, how do you make the video? What program do you use?

I use a very old Apple programme called iMovieHD which is obsolete. When I upgraded to 'Yosemite' I lost it and I thought I was doomed because I couldn't be bothered learning the new one but I googled it and found a long winded way of opening the old programme, so now I am able to do this sort of simple video again.
I save my songs onto my Tascam and master it a little bit and burn a CD, then put it on my MacBook, iTunes. The video software then allows me to simply drag and drop my song onto the IMovie software and away I go. I just take pictures from google that suits my theme and edit it. It's nothing very special but the simplicity of it makes it more enjoyable.

I see. Unfortunately that doesn't help me at all. Not your fault of course. I'm hoping to use Windows Movie Maker but for some reason most of the functions are greyed out. I've never used it before and I thought I'd like to try and do something like you are doing. Oh well. Thanks again!runningman67 wrote:Thanks Jeremy.jeremykeys wrote:Once again, another excellent job well done!

Really nice. I like music that transports me to another place and yours did just that. It also is making me "seek" out even more of what my Kronos is capable of. Great Job!

I know what you mean. Programmes these days are so over complicated.
I'm not great with new stuff. Thats why I love the Kronos, its evolved from all the other Korg Workstations and it's easy to evolve with it. Pity that some computer programmes jump to quick and forget the middle aged cave men like me.
