EMX midi keyboard problem - getting stuck on a note.

Hi there. I'm using a midi keyboard with the emx but when I control the synth parts it will get stuck on a note randomly. But when I hit a note on the emx keyboard it will stop the stuck note. There is no pattern to this. It will happen if I hot the notes fast.

It doesn't happen on the drum parts though.

Does anyone have any advise?

same on mine somtimes.keep pressing the note that is sticking and it should go.its like it doesnt see the note off info on mine
