Booting from an O clone it asks if I want to boot from CD?

I wanted to make a backup and just cloned my Oasys hard drive (Using a Ghost bootable cd and an external case) When booting from the clone it gives me a command prompt asking if I want to boot from CD. When I look at the drive in windows 7 I see it has the same 5 partitions as the original).What do I do now?
Also I have most installation cds except the following:
OS ver 1.0.2
ver 1.1.0
and 1.2.3
I have authorizing disks and ver 1.1.1 and 1.3.3 disks.

Decided to go ahead and do disk restore with 131. It says it formatted but can't load sounds. Please help.
