How to apply modulation on lower(left) voice?

Post by Admins »

Hi

I want to apply modulation effect via joystick (moving up and down) but it seems to only work on right hand voices, I want it to work on the left voice as well.
any suggestions?

In certain songs, in the fill-in, break, I want to play chord on left and apply modulation via joystick, just for a while to give the song more trance like.
There is a shortcut to apply the modulation +y or -Y via assignable slider too, but even that seems to be working only on right hand voices.

In Menue Keyboard/Ensemble/Keyboard Control enable/disable the Joystick (also Damper and Expression pedals) for each of the Keyboard tracks (also for Lower).

Check Joystick X to enable/disable the left/right movement of the Joystick
and check Joystick Y to enable/disable the front/rear movement of the Joystick.
kind regards

Thank you so much siebenhirter, it really worked. the only problem is that if i change a voice, the tick mark on left voice to have joystick Y option returns to default i,e unticked,
is there a way to make it permanent like apply lock and save to global?

Checked/unchecked Joystick-Enables/-Disables are memorized in STS and Performances - so i can not believe you loose them by changing a single sound (selection of another sound).

But seems you changed sound with selection by performance or sts - to make it permanent save your Joystick-Enables in Performances or STS.

Select one of the assignable Joystick-functions for your slider in Global/Controllers/AssignableSliders.

As described previous - push button "Global" to be in Global-Menue - in Global-Menu select Controlls - in Controlls select AssignableSlider - in dropdown of Slider select the function you want to assign.
kind regards
