Weird undertone

Post by loprinzor »

Has anyone noticed a weird undertone that sounds when playing certain pitches on any of the grand patches? I just bought this 2 weeks ago and I'm not sure if it's defective or just the way those patches sound.

Sorry! but what's an Undertone?
I could be having this too...need to see what this means.

I noticed one issue (Im new to synths, pardon me if its dumb)
While travelling from one note to another, like lets say i want a slur on the strings with seamless continuity, i would hit one key and while holding it down move to the next key, i notice that this at times produces wierd behaviour like very minimal or at times no sound at all on the next key, but if i play like staccato, they sound fine...
Is this normal? Dont know

Old thread, but I guess this could be what I heard also in this post.

Is it prominent around the middle octave, keys E,F,F#?
