Record direct to CD from PA800

I have recorded some tunes into my PA800 songbook which I wish to copy to a CD.
Its prob shown elsewhere in the forums but can't find it.
Can you please tell me the best way to do this without spending heaps?
I am non-technical so please explain in terms a 5yr old child (!) may understand.
