Mac sample editor?

What is anyone using these days for editing samples on the Mac? And especially something that has good looping tools?

I've been looking around and it seems that these days, "looping" almost always refers to getting a 2 bar drum beat to repeat, rather than what's needed for making good samples for the Kronos.
