Argh right in the middle of a solo
Was live at a gig right in the middle of a solo a string broke on the acoustic guitar. Took 2 minutes to reboot with new in tune string.
my Kronos played on. The guitarist now is thinking of selling his guitar as he has had so many strings break. Maybe he should buy a Kronos as it's more reliable

another ruined gig!
I am also sending the lead singer back he has gone out of tune a few times and the other day he wasn't looking the best and had to take a few days off said he was sick with the flu. I hoped his son might be a better model with improved firmware but alas I see he has similar issues on some occasions. reboots are bad enough but good grief I had to send him off to bed for a few days while the internal program attempted to correct these issues. I've pretty well had enough and will just sample singers in the future on my Kronos as it is more reliable

You also have to watch out for drummers. They're notorious for showing up late, getting drunk, playing out of time and trying to pick up keyboard player's girlfriends or wives. I call that bad Karma!
If music is the food of love, play on and play loud!
Gear: Kronos 73, Wavestation EX, Polysix, King Korg, Monotron and Monotron Duo, Minikorg, Moog Grandmother, my very old MiniKorg, 4 acoustic and 9 electric guitars, 1 Ibanez 5 string bass, a Steel guitar, a bunch of microphones, 2 pairs of studio monitors and other very cool toys, 1 wife and 4 cats and a lava lamp!

Lol,
My Kronos never gets out of tune. My ex bass guitarist player has an Alembic bass guitar of about $40K and gets out of tune every few days, sometimes ofter. He didn't have a broken string though, but that's more for guitarists. Maybe you can advice him to buy a 12 string guitar, of one string breaks, he has 11 left
