I tried and find out about the PA3x oriental, but it seems not to be an official Korg product? ( which the musikant for example is)

So this makes me assuming it is a version modified by the people selling these, so you can not blame korg at all for this.

Can anyone please explain to me in understandable English how this product is supported by Korg?

From Korgpa.com
Versions International, Musikant (Germany and Austria only), Oriental (Lebanon and Syria only)

As I said, If you you have problem with the oriental version you have to contact Syria or lebanon (KORG Italy is coverd)

And best of all: THEY DON'T CARE TO REPLY ON FORUMS !

Laurence,

This forum is not run by Korg. It's a forum set up by a Korg user for Korg users. It's a place where we come to help each other and to learn. Sometimes people who work for Korg come to help us out. But they do so in their spare time, and for that we are very grateful. They are under no obligation to answer anyone's questions in this user run forum. If anyone has any questions that they would like Korg to answer then I strongly suggest you contact them directly.

Thanks,

Pep.

Pepperpotty,

thanks for clarifying the situation of the forum, and what should be written and what should not to be.

also, for the KORG's workers obligations.

regards.

No where have I said what you can and can't write. But since you're having a moan at Korg for not replying to your posts on this forum I thought I'd mention that they're not obliged to and we should be grateful for their help when they choose to offer it.

It is funny that the person from lebanon "LebanesePlayer"who posted his complain became a Guest now, he was a member, The forum must have selectively kicked him out of the group.

Since the website of the ORIENTAL (music gear) is down, then the lebanses company should post what is locked, otherwise people will lose confidence

Can some of you members that have been around for a while tell me how the unlock of KORG MUSIKANT went at that time? of what reasons? how? What do we need to do? What do we need to prove? Who do we need to talk to from KORG?

Was it not for The same reason as we orienatl users?

I'm not recommending this approach, but if I were in this situation I would see whether I could load the international OS and resources into my machine. After making full backups of course. ;-)

Hmmm. Just saw this announcement on KORGPA.COM ...

"Operative System for Pa3X Oriental delayed

We have been working on a new system for the Pa3X OR sold exclusively in Lebanon and Syria but it has been delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. It should be completed and available by the end of January 2014."

Maybe there's hope for some redemption here. ;-)

I wonder what the "circumstances beyond their control" are?

Actually, LebanesePlayer, PA3XORIENTALscam and gusshr (and one other user) are all the same person which is why they have been banned.

Maybe its because theres war in Syria/lebanon and alot of people being killed and fly from their countrys.

That may be, but I doubt that has any bearing on KORG Italy fixing the PA3X Oriental OS.

KORG Italy finally recognized their Pa3X Oriental version on their own website, and this is a good news....

now, to fix something that was not planned already, they need time.
