MICRO or KRONOS + TC Helicon M

Hi Fellas
I'm using my MS along with a TC Helicon M for keyboard players. Although I'm using an MS I'm sure my question pertains to a Kronos or any MIDI controller.

The Helicon default MIDI channel is 1. The default midi channel on MS is also 1 The vocal harmony and keyboard sounds are sent into the PA via MIDI. What do I have to do in Global Mode in either the Micro or Kronos in order to get a sound. I haven't be able to anything through the PA

I am no midi guru but as I understand it midi is not audio it is data, so running midi into a PA will not get you audio.
