Problem with Mono/Poly Registration - License Code not valid

Post by elsongs »

I'm a registered KLC owner, just bought it after the 64 bit update came out.

I found a sweet pad on Mono/Poly that I'm using in a song I'm recording.

Recently I shut off my Internet connection and Antivirus Program to save some memory/resources on the computer.

When I re-opened the project, I got a Registration Code query from the Mono/Poly plugin.

So I re-connected to the Internet and re-registered the license code.

But this tine, despite having the same locking code, after copying and pasting the registration code, it now tells me that it's "Invalid."

What's the deal here? Am I never able to shut off my Internet connection?

Your locking code is determined by your hardware profile, of which your network card is one component. As soon as you deactivated your network, it changed your hardware profile and your locking code would now be changed. Consequently, the generated license will not work for this new locking code. To resolve this, boot up your software when your network card is not activated and note the locking code. Then reactivate your network card and head over to www.korguser.net. Using the locking code generated when you had your network deactivated, use the "Reissue License Code" option. This will generate a license that you can then put in the software when your network card is deactivated and you should be all set.
