NanoKONTROL2 & Ableton Live scene

Post by Mr.guzzi »

hi,

when I setup the Kontrol to ableton LIVE mode nothing happens in the sense that even the PLAY/REC/STOP don't interact with the software nor do any of the controllers and buttons, I still have to assign them with MIDI learn.

Does anyone what the problem may be for this matter

thx!

Make sure you're taking the following steps (as per the Owner's Manual):

1. While pressing and holding down the SET MARKER and STOP buttons, connect the USB cable from your computer to the nanoKONTROL2.
2. Open the “Preferences” window in Live, then select “Mackie Control” for “Control Surface.”
3. Select nanoKONTROL2 for the MIDI In/Out ports used by “Mackie
Control.”
