I cant find how
to make a user sample bank from a sound font
instrument that's too big to enter in RAM, even
if expanded.
The size of samples is about 6 GB,
is it possible ?

Not directly unfortunately, the size of a single SF2 instrument loaded into the Kronos is limited by available ram.
