THANKS Paolo & team (Positive topic PLEASE)

Post by karmathanever »

Hi all

I know several of you have already expressed your appreciation to the Korg Italy team for the new OS and features.

I think it is better than great that we have their involvement and support.
They didn't "OWE" us anything but nevertheless fixed a whole lot of issues, created some new features and gave us new style/sounds etc...

The upgrade is excellent - thanks Korg.

Please add any positive comments you wish to make

Cheers

A tribute to Korg Italy team is imposed by the fact that a small team managed
to design the most featured arranger keyboard in market , but also designed the
most powerful sampler module ever created for sampling developers !
All rest will follow ...
Music Conductor - Sound Engineer & Developer - Automotive SMPS/RF R&D - Electronics Engineer
Keyboards : Steinway-D, Kronos X, Pa5X 76, Pa4X 76, Montage M7 , Roland-XV88, Emu3,Emax II, Synclavier II , Yamaha DX Series, ΟΒ-8V

Yes, even though I was disappointed at the lack of CS tools amended, overall I think it was a good package.

Also as I wrote elsewhere, I was perfectly happy with the PA3x as it was, and had not experienced ANY of the myriad issues some owners seemed to come up with.

That said, I concur with Pete, it is not something Korg have to do (apart from bugs) so it is well appreciated.

Many thanks to Korg
- the new extra DNC voices & styles are excellent and my first impression of the old styles is that they are much better balanced and the voice/choir parts sound more natural, including the scat.

Well worth the wait,
Regards

Thank you Korg,
do appreciate that you guys do give us updates ( for free) and that they're NOT just bug fixes.

Haven't had time to check things out yet, looking forward to doing so.
best wishes

The PA3x has no equal. It is amazing! If I had to pick only one synth to have on an island, it would be the Korg PA3x.

Post by byme88 »

Can someone point me to the right direction to download this OS Update for the PA3X? I could not find it in Korg website support. Many thanks.

Thanks for the positive comment

The point of this topic was an expression of appreciation to Korg - if you don't appreciate them then that is your right.
I appreciate having a great keyboard and the comfort that Korg Italy actually care about their product and clients.
"all kinds of issues" were mostly wishlists - yes there were bugs but none of them prevented me from playing the keyboard.
I, together with many others it seems, am a satisfied customer and merely wanted to start a simple topic of "appreciation" - nothing more.
No kissing going on here...
