... and you're posting this under triton le because...??

Seriously, though. Are you asking advice, seeking redress, venting at Korg? Under what circumstances do you notice this problem. When was the onset? What amplifier are you listening through, or what headphones are you using?

The "cut's out" description could be anything from a serious internal issue like a bad amplifier, faulty power, or a wonky SSD drive or mis-installed OS.

Could also be something as stupidly simple as a bad cable or an ill fitting headphone jack adapter.

There's no thread under Kronos for this problem so I'd think it was a "just you" thing - probably not what you want to hear.

It's been, what, 4 months since it hit the stores. That clearly should be an in-warrantee issue. If you just bought it, take it back.

Notes cutoff on Kronos.

Post by gino »

You are in the wrong section, go to the Kronos part of the forum. There is a thread there regarding the Keybed note cutoff issue with many hundreds of posts. Unfortunately many people have been affected by it. Of course it could also be something else, but it will be worth your while to read up on others who have experienced the problem, and you'll be able to compare it to what your Kronos is doing. Best of luck.
