new kronos 61 owner
Hello all! Picked up the beast yesterday, haven't been able to stop messing around with it since! Glad today was Fathers day, or I'd have been in the studio all day. I was impressed with the Kronos when I checked it out in the store. After having it for a couple of days all I can say is, unbelievable! The depth of this thing is astonishing. Looking forward to getting to know it! Need to update, only version 1.0.7, I think. I've read about issues with the latest one? Any suggestions on which I should update to?
welcome welcome!! i hope you'll enjoy your kronos (which i'm sure you'll be
)
i suggest that you upgrade your kronos to system version 1.5.. as 1.6 have bugs with karma (but there is a workaround for it), also in 1.6 the arabian scale has a bug...
may i know your serial number please?? it's strange to have new kronos with an older system..
however, wish you a great fun and joy with kronos

Thanks for the warm welcome! Seeing as sleep is already a precious commodity, I may end up a zombie after a couple of weeks!
Is version 1.6 worth doing with the mentioned karma workaround? Any USB memory stick I use needs to be formatted? In FAT 32?
Serial number for my 61- 3607. Think it was sitting in the back of GC for a while, waiting for me.
