i've registered my kronos but when i click proceed to checkouts the page just refreshes and it stays on the same page.

Yea, try another browser. I had the same problem using Safari on a Mac.
The page just kept reloading and wouldn't let me go to checkout.

I have a version of Netscape, so I tried that and it worked fine.
