Sound trouble (Editor)

Post by Savvy »

I've got a new Koassilator Pro and I just plugged it in to my macbook and transferred some loops across through the editor, but they're extremely quiet in the editor and when converted to .WAV

There might be a simple fix to this problem (I'm extremely new to this) like the input volume knob etc. But I have tried importing to the editor while it was on full. Anyone know of a way to get them full volume?

Sorry again if this has been discussed before or is a simple fix

Cheers

If you have a microphone plugged into the MIC input jack of your Kaossilator Pro, or if you have another instrument plugged into the LINE IN jack, the INPUT VOLUME knob will control the level of the signal coming from them.
If not, then that knob won't do anything.

The level (volume) of each part in your loop is set with the PROGRAM VOLUME knob when you record it on your Kaossilator Pro.
After you've recorded your loop, you can't edit the levels of the parts of your loop; you'd have to re-record them in a new loop, using the PROGRAM VOLUME knob to control the levels of the parts.
