Sampling Problom

Hi,
I sampled drum sounds and everything works fine, but every time I turn on my keyboard there's no sound, I have to go too "sound" record and it displays "Loading Samples" what can I do to prevent to have to go to sound - record?

PCM auto load on star up is disable..
media-preferences-thick the PCM auto load box
