KP2 PROBLEM: Effect Display Number Stuck

Please help me with this.

When I turn the Program/BPM knob, the effect number display stays the same.
However, I know that the effect is changing because the BPM light will flash when I have reached an effect that is BPM controlled.
Therefore, the problem is with the display not changing to the correct number.
It is stuck on "8.2"

I have already tried a factory reset and nothing changed.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Sell it and get a KP3 or 4.

I'm not going to sell a broken KP2 to someone. I'm trying to fix it so that I can actually sell a working one. If anyone has a solution to fixing it, that's what i'm looking for. Thanks!
