HOW CONVERT M3 files

Hello I Have M3.
Before saving, Rate convert and convert ISO 9660 not be done. Wav files do not convert the power spot. Does anyone know how it goes. display a message can`t convert

Rate convert- command appears in the source file a label is not 48000Hz or 44100Hz. cannot convert.
. any settings I have not made themselves known.

Media infos shows that the type of format is MS DOS
How convert???
