Newbie and Question!!!!

What's up!! Glad to be in another forum...especially about Korg.....
I'm a newbie obviously..!
I had a question, it might need to go in another section though..just let me know

I just got a used Korg M50 from Guitar Center...and I love it....
I made a sequence that I really like becase I messed with one of the sounds by using the 4 knobs on the keyboard. For some reason, each time I play back the sequence to listen. I have to mess with the knobs to get the desired sound even though I thought I recorded the phrase with the knobs the way I wanted em. Hopefully this is making sense to you guys. I am asking how to save my knob settings for particular sounds in a sequence.... Thanks 4 reading!!!
