Problem - sound from my headphone jack is mono

It IS strange, I also sent the unit back for repair, it's gonna be quite a shame for korg if there are more units with this problem which doesn't sound impossible as already we are two here having the same problem. as for my serial number I don't have it right now cause I sent back the unit to the warranty. another strange problem in my unit was that there were NO demo songs in it, nor in global mode. these things are strange for a brand new unit!

I bought the new Korg M50 61 GR from the e-shop 2 days ago...and I have the same problem. Right audio channel doesn't work.
Neither concerning headphones nor audioL/R output.
I am very upset because of sending it back for repair (exchange)...

hey sometimes this problem can be fixed by yourself, go to the global mode on you m50, on the top right of your touch pad click on the arrow next to basic. click on load preload/demo data, then infront of kind, let it be on the all (preload PCG and Demo songs), and click ok.

when I had the same problem I also sent it back to guarantee but they said there was nothing wrong with it and they just sent it back and it was working!! but after that I found out everytime some kind of strange problem happens to my m50, doing the above procedure will fix the problem.

I have been experiencing this problem on and off. But this time, it just doesn't seem to go away. Any idea what the problem could be?
Any working DIY solution?
