PSoC Update Error

i have a problem with my korg m50-61keys. for almost a year now its been
faulty.when powered on it shows Updating Right Panel after which it then
says PSoC Update Error Occured!! Please Turn The Power Off. please how
do i get this fixed, as am currently in Nigeria. i would be grateful if any immediate assistance can be... offered.

Don´t know how to manage in Nigeria. Is there any Korg support, or you have to send it abroad?

that is the problem, i dont think there is any service center in Nigeria.can you help me get in touch with the korg service center and they should tell me if i can get it fixed by a local technician.
i'll appreciate it.cuz its almost a year now.lying down idle and getting dusty...lol.

Korg service center will suggest you to contact with local Korg dealer but alike me you wont find any dealer in Nigeria. So go for the local technician. But you'll need Korg's technical support to get it fixed as local technician will not be able to find the bad capacitor inside your M50. I think Korg should issue a letter in the net to all M50 owners about the bad capacitor (or whatsoever) problem mentioning the affected serial numbers and probable solution both for dealers and non-dealers zones. In my country there is no Korg dealers/distributors but there are shops where Korgs are available! I was the 27th M50-61 buyer of the shop from where I've bought my M50 and still no dealer!!!

sorry am asking too many questions, that should tell you how bothered i am.
how do i contact this Korg's technician?i need this keyboard back working as soon as possible.i need to know how to contact korg.

Go to www.korg.com and from the right bottom corner click 'contact us' and follow the instruction. Don't forget to inform us your updates with the issue. Best of luck!
