microKONTROL with Ableton 8 issue

So I got the trial version of Ableton 8 and hooked it up to my microKONTROL and I can only get the bottom two keys to register notes. They seem to work fine themselves, but nothing else does.

Is this an issue on the software side or the hardware side? I would just like to know who to contact. Or is there any chance I am doing something wrong and everything is fine?
