This happens if you overdub with the same content. Are you recording 8 beats when the KOPro is set to record 4?

In a sense yes... if i just leave my finger on the record button, and my other finger on the touchpad.. say the hi hat on pattern 147.. it will phase once 8 bars have been completed and it overdubs

Gotcha. Because you're overdubbing with the exact same thing, the two layers are causing a chorus or phasing effect. When you record a phrase, only record for as long as the loop length you've set for that particular Loop Bank. Then, exactly at the end of the recording, take your finger off the X/Y pad, and loop playback should start right away with no phasing.

I know, so far it's the most-requested omission. Although I can't promise an update of any kind, rest assured that we hear you!

or - if the bank is empty anway - just press erase while recording and it can't overdub

id also like to be able to record 16 bars at under 108.5 bpm

ideally down to 70 bpm, but i guess thats impossible?
