Error writing to device (Sound editor)

I'm trying to write a preset to my microkorg but I keep getting the error cannot write to device. It sees all 128 of my presets. I have disabled write protect as well and still won't work. Any help would be appreciated.

you need to disable write protect and press shift-4 and set to E-E (turn knob4)
works here anyway, might help?

I did all that and still wont transfer midi data. Im completely stumped now. Must be my EMU midi interface 1x1 tab that is the problem.
