Thanks for the response. I had to return it though. Was getting too frustrated. For whatever it's worth, I think it might be a good idea for korg to either start including software with these things, OR, at least make the downloads a bit easier to find on the website. If you type "nanokey" nothing comes up. Made finding all the downloads a pain in the arse. Also, the info you just gave about calling would have been more helpful when I asked for it initially.

I've owned a handful of KORG products including a D16 and a Triton, and have to say that while I know KORG a HUGELY succesful company, the stuff ain't all that user friendly. The manuals always leave a lot to be desired. I know others also who have bought the above mentioned gear, and never used them (or used them anywhere near their potential) because the user manuals were so hard to wrap ones brain around. I'd think it was me, but I don't have these problems with other gear. No problem with a zoom recorder, cubase, other syths, drum machines, other midi controllers, etc.

I'll quit it now. :) Although it might seem so, I'm not looking to bash. I'm hoping to be helpful.

Well, as stated in the previous post we do apologize for the delay. We do sincerely appreciate your feedback though. As a point of reference, we have always had the link to the international distributor's page in our signature. This website provides contact information for every Korg distributor throughout the world. Should you or any other end user need immediate support, that is always the quickest way to get it.

With regards to the website and manuals/documentation, I'll be happy to pass your thoughts along to the appropriate department. Since we realize that reading a 300+ page manual (our workstation and arranger products) can be a bit daunting sometimes we often have Easy Start Guides and other FAQs available on each product page at www.korg.com. These are written up in the Product Support department at Korg USA and meant to be as clear and readable as possible.

If we can be of any assistance in the future, please don't hesitate. Thank you again for your continued support of Korg.

Best regards,

Korg USA Product Support
