Setting BPM on different samples...KP3

Some of my Drum and Bass samples are half-time, but the KP3 speeds them up to match the other samples playing, or slows my other samples down to match the half-time..Is there a way around this?

All samples play on the KP3 at the same BPM. The only way around it I know of is to have the KP3 set at the desired BPM when you're sampling all of them initially.
